Become a Dealer
Simmons Law Enforcement, Inc. is a full line distributor of ITW Military Products, KG Cleaning and Lubricating Products, Button Sling, and other tactical equipment. As a full line distributor we can offer discounted dealer pricing if you qualify for our Stocking Dealer Program. Minimal investment is necessary to establish a profitable dealer relationship.
Below are general requirements to set up a dealer account with Simmons Law Enforcement, Inc.
To be eligible you must provide the following:
- Copy of your Business License, state Resale Tax License, and FFL (if applicable)
- Fulfill initial order requirements
- Maintain minimum inventory levels
- Accept and abide by resale pricing parameters
Initial Order Requirements:
- $250 minimum initial order
- Any combination of KG, Button Sling or ITW Military Products
- Some minimum order requirements apply depending on manufacturer/product
Maintaining Dealer Status:
- $50 minimum re-orders
- At least 2 orders per calendar year after initial order date must be received to maintain dealer status
- Some minimum order requirements apply depending on manufacturer/product
Stocking Dealer Benefits:
- Dealership discount pricing
- Priority allocation of products
Dealer Price Schedule:
- Discount varies depending on manufacturer (contact us for current pricing)
- MAP Pricing is strictly enforced on most products
- Actual shipping cost will be charged for each order
